We collect different types of information, including:

• Account & Order Information: When you register, place an order or contact us, we may collect account details, your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected products, order history and communication preferences.
• Payment Information: Our website checkout offers Cash on Delivery (COD), but custom-design Drop-shoulder orders require 50% advance payment before printing. The checkout does not ask for card numbers or card security codes. We keep order totals, the payment method and payment status as part of your order record.
• Artwork & Reviews: Custom orders can include uploaded artwork, its file name and type, and the product options you choose. Submitted reviews may include your name, rating and comments; published reviews are visible to other visitors.
• Technical & Usage Data: Our website and service providers may process device and browser information, page visits, referral information, cookie identifiers and network information such as IP addresses for website operation, analytics and security.

We require 50% advance payment for custom-design Drop-shoulder orders because each Drop-shoulder is printed with your chosen design. Printing begins after the advance payment is received.

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To prepare custom prints using the artwork you provide.
• To improve our website, products, and services.
• To communicate with you regarding promotions, offers, and updates.
• To provide order confirmations, customer support and referral attribution.
• To enhance security and prevent fraudulent activities.

We use HTTPS connections and access controls to help protect information in transit and restrict access to account and order records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Uploaded artwork is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and served through direct file links for previews and order handling. Anyone who has an artwork link may be able to view the file. Please do not upload identity documents, financial information or other confidential material as artwork.

We use cookies and browser storage for shopping and account features. Browser storage can hold your cart, checkout drafts, saved contact information, artwork draft references and referral codes. Clearing site data can remove these saved details and may sign you out.

Referral codes are recorded with a 30-day validity period and may be cleared after checkout. An expired referral code is not used for checkout attribution.

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies; Vercel Web Analytics uses a cookie-free approach. See Google's cookie information and Vercel's analytics privacy information.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may affect cart, sign-in and checkout features.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. Information is processed through services used to run the store, including Google Firebase for account and database services, AWS for uploaded files, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, Google Analytics for usage measurement, and EmailJS for order emails.

Order and delivery details may be shared with staff and delivery partners for fulfillment. Referral information may be used for partner attribution and reporting. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

These providers may process information outside Pakistan. Their processing is also subject to their own terms and privacy information, including Firebase's privacy information. If you contact us through WhatsApp or a social platform, that service's privacy policy also applies.

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your information, including uploaded artwork.
• Opt out of promotional communications.

Use the contact details below and include the relevant order number, if available. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before handling a request. Some order records may need to be retained for fulfillment, disputes or legal obligations.

Clearing your browser storage does not delete records already sent to our servers. Removing artwork from a product or cart does not automatically delete the previously uploaded file or an order that already includes it.
